Tickets offered through APA are sold on behalf of independent Organizers.

Each Organizer is responsible for establishing the refund, cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, and ticket-transfer policies applicable to its event, subject to applicable federal, state, and local law.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing event information, refund terms, ticket pricing, fees, and applicable conditions before completing a purchase.

APA may charge platform, service, transaction, per-ticket, percentage-based, add-on, or other disclosed fees associated with use of the APA platform ("APA Fees").

APA Fees compensate APA for services associated with facilitating and supporting transactions through the platform, including technology infrastructure, platform access, order processing, ticket delivery, transaction administration, customer transaction support, and operation of the APA platform.

A refund of the underlying ticket price does not automatically entitle the Purchaser to a refund of APA Fees.

The ticket price and APA Fees may be treated separately for refund purposes.

A Purchaser who voluntarily cancels a purchase, changes plans, or decides not to attend an event is not automatically entitled to a refund.

Refund eligibility for the ticket price is determined by the applicable Organizer's refund policy and applicable law.

If an Organizer authorizes a refund of the ticket price, APA Fees charged in connection with the original transaction remain non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by APA.

If an event is canceled, refunds of the ticket price will be handled according to the applicable Organizer's cancellation policy and applicable law.

APA Fees are generally non-refundable because they relate to platform and transaction services provided in connection with the original purchase.

A postponed or rescheduled event is not automatically considered a canceled event.

Tickets may remain valid for the new event date or time as determined by the Organizer.

The Organizer determines whether ticket-price refunds will be offered for postponed or rescheduled events, subject to applicable law.

When a ticket-price refund is authorized, APA Fees remain non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by APA.

An Organizer may authorize a full or partial refund of an eligible ticket purchase.

APA Fees will be refunded only when:

• APA expressly authorizes the refund
• An APA Fee was charged as a result of a verified APA billing or processing error
• A verified duplicate charge occurred for which APA is responsible
• Applicable law requires the APA Fee to be refunded

If an Organizer authorizes a partial refund, only the approved portion of the ticket purchase will be refunded.

APA Fees associated with the original transaction remain non-refundable unless APA expressly authorizes a corresponding fee refund or applicable law requires otherwise.

A partial refund of a ticket does not automatically result in a proportional refund of the APA Fee.

Third-party payment processing fees, including fees charged by Stripe or another payment processor, are separate from APA Fees.

The treatment and refundability of third-party processing charges may depend on the payment processor's rules, transaction structure, Organizer agreement, payment method, and applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

The time required for a refund to appear in a Purchaser's account may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, card network, and payment method.

APA is not responsible for delays caused solely by a Purchaser's bank, card issuer, payment network, or other third-party financial institution after an approved refund has been properly initiated.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically create a right to reimbursement of APA Fees.

Payment disputes and chargebacks will be handled in accordance with applicable payment-network rules, payment-processor requirements, transaction records, applicable Organizer policies, and applicable law.

APA and/or the Organizer may provide relevant documentation in response to a dispute, including transaction records, checkout disclosures, proof of ticket delivery, event information, refund terms, communications, and records showing acceptance of applicable policies.

APA is committed to transparent pricing.

Mandatory fees and the total purchase amount will be disclosed as required by applicable law before payment is submitted.

The final checkout screen will display the amount the Purchaser is authorizing to be charged in connection with the transaction.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

By completing a purchase through APA, the Purchaser acknowledges that the applicable ticket price, mandatory fees, total purchase amount, and applicable refund terms have been made available during the purchase process.

The Purchaser also agrees to this Refund & Platform Fee Policy, APA's Terms of Service, and the applicable Organizer's event policies.

This Refund & Platform Fee Policy should be read together with APA's other applicable legal policies.
